A 50% deposit is due on the day you accept the proposal. An invoice for the remainder will be sent to you and is expected to be paid 48 hours before your event.
An 18% service fee is added to the rental price, food, beverage and alcohol totals.
The service fee goes "to the house" and pays for things such as consultations & tastings leading up to the event, set-up, breakdown, clean up, etc. This is NOT gratuity.
Gratuity is not required but it is suggested.
There is a $250 cleaning fee.
We do require you to use our in-house catering services provided by Canteen, The Porch & Alma Mexicana.
Yes! Alcohol must be purchased & served by Canteen. We do not allow outside alcohol.
Tables, chairs, plates, silverware and glassware are provided. If you require specialty rentals, that must be coordinated with an outside vendor.
Yes - we allow outside desserts including wedding cakes. Canteen is happy to provide cake-cutting services for an additional charge. Plates, forks, napkins and serving utensils for dessert or wedding cake will be included.
